LoadGuard
The container, upgraded

Your shipment just got an upgrade.

Every container ships blind, mute, and forgetful. LoadGuard gives it senses, a memory, and a voice — one trustworthy record from the packing house to the final door.

01A real shipment

A reefer of bananas leaves Ecuador. Somewhere over the Pacific, it warms.

By the time the box reaches port, the fruit is ripening early and a six-figure load is in question. The exporter swears it left cold. The carrier swears it stayed cold. The importer just sees spoiled cargo.

Nobody can prove a thing — because the only witness to the whole journey was a steel box that can't talk.

02The problem

A container is the one thing in your supply chain that can't tell you what happened to it.

When cargo damage, a temperature excursion, contamination, theft, or an unexpected delay occurs, the record is already scattered — across emails, PDFs, customs paperwork, carrier portals, and spreadsheets — and you're left reconstructing what happened from conflicting accounts. Worse, you may be unable to prove the container stayed secure and within your duty of care at all.

03The turn

So we upgraded it.

LoadGuard gives every container four things it never had — and records its story as it happens, not after.

Senses

Temperature, humidity, air chemistry, shock, motion, light, door, and location — its full physical state, every cycle.

Memory

A durable, tamper-evident record that survives weeks with no signal at sea.

Voice

Ask the shipment what happened — in plain language, on the dashboard or WhatsApp.

Witness

A cryptographically bound chain of custody that holds up as evidence.

04On the container

We put a witness inside the container.

Clip a rugged, battery-powered device onto any container you ship — no retrofit, no modification. From that moment it senses temperature, humidity, air chemistry, shock, motion, light, door events, and location, and keeps working for weeks with no signal at sea — holding the evidence safe until it can sync.

05In the cloud

Every scattered signal, one authoritative record.

Link your email, documents, and tracking, and LoadGuard reads them all — resolving every container, B/L, vessel, and voyage into one continuously evolving timeline you can reach by any identifier. The bill of lading stays your source of truth; everything else enriches it without ever overwriting it.

06In your hands

Ask the shipment what happened.

Search any container, B/L, or vessel and see location, condition, milestones, documents, and alerts in one place. Ask in plain language on the dashboard or WhatsApp. Set rules so you hear about excursions, delays, and route changes before arrival — and manage by exception instead of monitoring by hand.

Did this container stay within specification?
Yes — except one 4-hour excursion to 16.1 °C on day 11, which recovered on its own. Door stayed sealed until the destination port. From the shipment record · telemetry · day 11
07What you can finally answer

The questions that matter most — answered from the record.

No portal-hopping, no phone calls, no reconstructing after the fact. LoadGuard answers each of these straight from the shipment's own history.

  • What's happening to my shipment right now?

Live location, condition, and milestones for any container, bill of lading, or vessel — in one view.

  • Did the cargo stay within required conditions?

A continuous temperature, humidity, and air-chemistry history across the whole journey.

  • Were there signs of mishandling or tampering?

Shock, motion, light, and door events — each one time-stamped and located.

  • When did an issue occur, and where?

Every event placed on a single timeline, correlated across telemetry, documents, and tracking.

  • What evidence exists for a claim or dispute?

A defensible package — telemetry, photos, documents, and history — compiled on demand.

08Evidence & trust

Built to hold up as evidence.

Cryptographic device identity, a tamper-evident chain of custody, durable offline storage, and a validated, correlated pipeline mean the record isn't merely data — it's a defensible account, admissible to a claim, an insurer, or an arbitration panel, and trusted because every link can be proven.

Before LoadGuard, we relied on traditional thermographs like CLCircular and Sensitech. These were not enough to help us detect criminal smuggling before it came to port and [turned into a] disaster. We partnered with LoadGuard to develop a new system, to detect suspicious activity before the container arrives, so we can alert the authorities and avoid millions in penalties, legal, opex, and (God forbid) jail time. It's an irreplaceable part of our new compliance system - and it works just as well as the traditional thermographs for claims.

Stop reconstructing what happened to your cargo. Start knowing.

Give every container the senses to feel its journey, the memory to record it, the voice to speak for it, and a witness to prove it.
